2014年12月24日上午，我会与皇家特许测量师学会（RICS）在我会会议室举行合作签约仪式。我会会长许建华、皇家特许测量师学会北亚区副总裁何启光等双方代表出席了此次签约仪式。
希望通过双方合作，不断引进RICS物业管理方面先进的培训课程和管理标准，鼓励我会会员通过RICS的培训和考试获得英国、欧洲乃至国际所认同的更高层次的职业水准，并争取更多商业合作的机会。
此外，我会会长许建华在会上提议双方合作开发房屋检验相关的课程和标准，加强在房地产开发商竣工验收及前期物业管理介入后对物业各项指标进行检验的专业人才培养。
希望双方不断完善合作机制、模式，努力实现优势互补，推动互惠双赢、合作持久深入开展。为双方会员提供个人职业发展的多方面资讯的同时，共同为会员搭建更广阔的交流平台。
